About Me
Hi! I’m Jaimie, and I’m so happy you’re here! I started Salty and Light Blog as a creative outlet when transitioning into one of my favorite roles in life- being a mom. I am a certified Speech Language Pathologist and went from working full time in Early Childhood to part-time in diagnostics so that I could stay home with my boys. It is the greatest gift to be able to spend time with them and watch them grow.
Since having kids, I have really noticed how quickly time passes (even though some days feel forever long!). I have found the more intentional we are with the many aspects of life, the more joyful we become. Whether that’s how you spend your time, the toys and books you bring in your home, how you interact with your kids, the words you speak, and how you choose to celebrate life’s big and small moments. These can all make such a big difference! I hope and pray the things I share here are a blessing to your family and help you connect with each other!
